Bryan Beavers Construction is a residential construction company that builds high quality architecturally driven homes and remodels. Founded in 2013 with the belief that the Oklahoma City Metro area is in need of higher quality residential construction and remodeling as well as better experiences that could be offered to clients. We operate as partners with our clients, engaging at every level from start to finish in order to provide an exceptional project experience

Bryan Beavers Construction is seeking an Office Manager/Coordinator to join our team, with a strong interest in organization systems, written and verbal communication, and relationship management.

Your Role: You will work diligently with Bryan Beavers, site superintendents, designers, suppliers, and trade partners to facilitate communication between the company and clients. You will be self-motivated to organize all project files and assist with implementing processes to keep projects organized and on track as well as further streamline the experience for both clients and Bryan Beavers Construction.

Responsibilities:

Bookkeeping
Weekly invoice review
Make payments to all trade partners and suppliers
Monthly reconciling
Manage project selections
Manage products received and returned
Manage and record project change orders
Weekly client invoicing
Budget monitoring
Communicate with clients and assist with questions and requests.
Update project designers on selections needed and status of designer ordered products
Maintain clean office and stock office supplies
Maintain project binders
Maintain project management software
Copy, scan, and fax misc. documents as needed
Perform periodic website updates
Update and manage weekly social media updates (Instagram posts and stories)
Organize project photos and schedule completed photo shoots.

Qualifications:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an interest in design and construction.
Ability to work on different projects simultaneously in a fast pace environment
Highly organized and attune to specific project needs
Keen analytical and problem-solving skills, with high attention to detail.
Creative and open minded.
Willingness to work hours needed to complete time sensitive tasks.


Education:

5 years of experience working in administrative/management roles.
Bachelor’s Degree Preferred but not required.


Other Details:

Full-time, 40 hour work week, Monday-Friday in office or other locations as needed.
Flexible hours offered
Work attire: Casual
Tiered PTO starting with 2 weeks paid vacation.
